BACKGROUND OF IWFCIS BIPfW

IWFCIS BIPfW is a business support process that accelerates the successful development of start-up
companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted resources and services.  These services are
orchestrated by the incubator management.  IWFCIS business incubator’s main goal is to produce
successful business women who will leave the program financially viable and free-standing.

The definition of an incubator is the provision of management guidance, technical assistance and consulting
tailored to young growing companies.  IWFCIS incubators also provide candidates access to appropriate
rental space and flexible leases, shared basic business services and equipment, technology support
services and assistance in obtaining the financing necessary for company start up and working capital.

INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE OF BIPfW

One of IWFCI objectives is to support women in business.  With the introduction of IWFCI BIPfW, it will fill the gap of women entrepreneurs achieving their dreams with innovative ideas and the successful launch of business.  IWFCI BIPfW aims to increase the quantity and quality of business incubation available and accessible to those seeking to start their businesses.

The success of a new spin-off business is based on several critical factors:
•    unique technology
•    sufficient financing
•    an entrepreneurial team
•    an underlying business plan.

During their incubation, IWFCI will support women entrepreneurs with skills to prepare skilled market launches and to set up the commercial, financial and organizational strategies of the business.
